• Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective returns for exchange must be initiated within 10 days of the receipt of your order. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
The returned items must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories. We will not issue a refund for product damaged during return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet our requirements.
Shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns.
• Defective Returns
Defective goods will be accepted for credit or exchange, at our discretion. Non-defective returns for credit or exchange must be initiated within 10 days of the receipt of your order.
Shipping charges for defective returns are refundable at our discretion.
• Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please contact a Storage Decor representative at 925-447-5373 to tell us about the problem within 10 days of the receipt of your order. We will pay to have the product returned to our warehouse and either ship out the proper item or cancel your order for a full refund (including your original shipping).
• Damaged Items
If you received damaged product in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please contact a Storage Decor representative at 925-447-5373 to tell us about the problem within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS OR ANY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL. DISPOSING OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL WILL VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND.
